If you were to die today, would you know you’re going to Heaven?
What you are about to read will change your life dramatically, whether you respond to this page or not. The simple act of you reading this page speaks volumes of your heart condition. What you do with the Lord Jesus Christ– REJECT Him, or RECEIVE Him– will seal your destiny upon your death in either Heaven, or Hell. To go to Heaven, you must believe on Jesus Christ. To go to Hell, DO NOTHING.
Q. I know I’m lost. Please tell me how to be saved.
A. YOU MUST BELIEVE ON JESUS CHRIST TO ENTER HEAVEN. IF YOU DO NOT, YOU WILL GO TO HELL.
1. You must acknowledge that you are a sinner in the eyes of God. We are all born spiritually dead, meaning that since Adam and Eve sinned in the garden of Eden, we all inherited Adam’s sin, so now sin prevails in the birth of every child that is born.
2. You must BELIEVE, as a little child, that Jesus Christ shed His blood on the cross and died for your sins, taking your place, so you wouldn’t have to go to Hell, which is where all Christ-rejecters go. The Gospel simply is this: the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 15: 3, 4).
3. You must RECEIVE this love gift of eternal life, bought and paid for by the blood of Jesus Christ. You cannot be saved if you do not accept this gift.
Q. Why must I believe on Jesus?
A. To be saved from an eternity in Hell. Hell was created for the Devil and his angels. No human being was ever supposed to go there. People go to Hell by CHOICE, because they REJECT the love gift of salvation provided by the Lord Jesus Christ.
Q. What did Jesus do to save me from Hell?
A. Please let me explain. God Almighty looked down from His throne in eternity past and saw that mankind was wretched, hopeless, and on a steady road to destruction.
God felt so sorry for us, and He loved us so much, that He sent His only Begotten Son, the LORD JESUS CHRIST, (John 3:16) to come to earth and be born from a virgin, and for three and a half years preach to the world that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and NO ONE cometh unto the Father (God) but BY HIM. (John 14:6)
He was murdered on a cross three years later, after He loved people, fed them, washed their feet, and raised folks from the dead (see the Gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John).
For THREE HOURS, in total darkness (Matthew 27:45, Mark 15:33), His body hung on that rough, splintery cross, bleeding from the open wounds of the beating the Romans tortured Him with. The Bible says His face was so marred that He didn’t look human (Isaiah 52:14)
Even God His Father could not look upon His Son, for He took upon ALL of our sins, so the Father turned His back on Him. That is the reason for the darkness: God is so holy that He cannot stand sin. Jesus was made sin for us so we could be made righteous in Him (2 Corinthians 5:21) when we are born again.
He was even thirsty, but after He received the vinegar, He cried out, “IT IS FINISHED!!!” Then He breathed His last, and died. (John 19:28-30)
Then He was buried in a borrowed tomb, for He had nothing of His own (Matthew 27:59, 60).
He ascended to Heaven and sprinkled His blood on the Mercy Seat of Heaven’s Temple (John 20:17).
His soul then went down to the spirits in prison in Hell (1 Peter 3:19) and He preached to THEM ALSO, then taking the Old Testament saints up to Heaven.
Then by a mighty, all-powerful miracle from GOD, He ROSE FROM THE GRAVE!!!! (Matthew 28:6, Mark 16:6, Luke 24:6)
Q. Why is the blood of Christ so necessary for me to be saved?
A. Because the blood of Jesus is the only element that can satisfy God’s holy demand for sacrifice for sin. Without the blood of Jesus there is no remission of sins (Hebrews 9:22).
Q. Don’t all religions teach the same thing?
A. No. Religion is made by man to copy the relationship that the Christian has with Jesus Christ. No religion can save you from eternal Hellfire.
Q. Isn’t God the same for them all?
A. No. The God Christians worship is the One True God, the God of the Bible, the God of Creation, the God of the past, present and future, the God who is the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ. All other gods (little “g”) are really devils that impersonate or imitate God Almighty. They in reality worship Satan, or, the Devil.
Q. What’s the difference between Christianity and other religions?
A. Christianity is not a religion, it is a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. The Resurrection is what sets Christianity apart from all religions: Our Savior had RISEN from the grave. All others are still rotting in their tombs.
Q. What is the “unpardonable sin?”
A. The UNPARDONABLE SIN is REJECTING the fact that Jesus died for you to take away your sins. What more could God have done? You DESERVE Hell if you reject the Lord Jesus. And so would I.
Q. I’ve been hearing about “Lordship Salvation” a lot lately. Many preachers talk about it in their sermons. Can I be saved this way?
A. There IS a popular term today called “Lordship Salvation.” This is a complex subject which is not true. God wants us to simply BELIEVE. Lordship Salvation adds WORKS to faith, which is why it is not right. God does not want us to believe BECAUSE of works, He wants us to believe by FAITH, even as a little child. Nothing more is needed. You do the works AFTER you are saved, NOT before.
Q. I am Catholic. What about Catholics? Are Roman Catholics Christians?
A. No, they are not true Christians. Catholics need to get saved as much as anyone else. They do not believe in faith in Christ alone to save them, they depend on the Pope, the priests, and the Mass. They believe they must do works and pray the Rosary (an abomination to God) to be saved. The Eucharist is total blasphemy against God.
Q. Do I need to pray a prayer as many people teach? Don’t I need to pray to talk to God?
A. You need not pray a prayer to be saved. However, God does want you to pray to Him for all things in sincerity and from your heart. Prayer is simply talking to God, but the “sinner’s prayer” that false teachers promote is not necessary to be saved. No “sinner’s prayer” needs to be said. God sees your heart, and knows all your thoughts. If you just make the mental decision to believe on Jesus to save your wretched soul, God saves you!
Q. Do I need to walk the aisle to the altar at church to be saved?
A. You need not go to an altar to believe on Him. However, you may if you choose to. The act of walking an aisle does not get you saved. You only need to think, and believe that Jesus died for ME! I want that! I believe Jesus died for MY SINS! THEN you can walk the aisle.
Q. How does God know my heart so much? Is this really true, that He hears my thoughts?
A. He does, my friend. God is so powerful that He knows everything about you, things you don’t even know about yourself. He is omnipotent (all-powerful), omniscient (all-knowing) and omnipresent (in all places at all times). It doesn’t matter if you pray out loud, or walk down an aisle, or drive in your car, or while you’re changing the baby’s diaper, or about to eat a meal, or especially if you’re in church and the preacher gives the invitation to receive Christ; if you ONLY BELIEVE IN YOUR HEART that Jesus came to TAKE AWAY YOUR SINS, then, my friend, YOU ARE SAVED!!
I pray this helps you.
